By booking this reservation, you agree to all policies, terms, and conditions throughout this listing. *Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. Cars permitted at anytime: 4 *We have a outdoor motion activated ring doorbell, one is located outside the front door. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours. If you stay on a Wednesday / Thursday we kindly ask you help us out by bringing garbage & recycling bins to the street and back. Pool Heat is between $25-$100 USD per day and requires a 2 day minimum. (must be requested at least 24 hours in advance). If you are staying for 28+ nights we take a deposit for pool heat and return what wasn’t used at the end of your stay. Pet fees will apply but will increase if you are staying 10+ days. Guests are expected to turn off the gas to the fire pit when not in use. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy. Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please message the host. While we have a Smart TV in the house, we do not provide log in information for streaming apps. If you have accounts with those channels, you can log in using your credentials. We do provide several apps that stream free content such as FreeTV and Pluto. **By City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city: 1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 2. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and submit a copy of government issued ID before check-in. This contract may be provided prior to booking if requested. 3. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view. 4. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours. 5. Parking is limited to driveway and the curb directly in front of the property.
