Return/Refund Policy
GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC - Terms, Responsibilities, and Agreements
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:
Tee times will be booked at 60-90 days from date of play. The final payment due date is determined by the regulations of accommodations and/or golf course partners and ranges from 30-180 days prior to the start date of the reservation depending on the season. Upon reaching the final payment due date, the credit card on file for your vacation will be automatically charged for any outstanding balance. GolfTroop, MAD GOLF LLC will not be responsible for any exchange fees, processing fees, or costs associated with refunding this card in an effort to charge the balance to another person or card. Before a deposit is taken, GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC will confirm your final payment due date. After terms are submitted and the initial deposit is paid, every effort will be made to book your vacation package.
GolfTroop.com quotes pricing based on the most up to date blackout dates and availability we have, but nothing is guaranteed until the package is booked and confirmation numbers are provided to you. The deposit received by GolfTroop.com is required to start the booking process, but is NOT a guarantee of availability. In the event that any of our travel partners (hotels, car rentals, club rentals, or golf courses) are sold out or not available after deposit or full payment, Golftroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC, will make every effort to find a suitable alternative or issue a full refund if the buyer does not agree to the proposed changes. In addition, GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC, is NOT liable for any other travel plans or bookings including but not limited to hotels, airline flights, car rentals, golf club rentals, dinner reservations, and/or tours.
QUOTE PRICING:
Prices listed in email and or phone quotes are conditional and are subject to change due to a change in group count, changing availability and changing partner agreements with GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be received by GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC in writing.
Cancellations received 31+ days before the reservation start date will be fully refundable. Cancellations received between 15 to 30 days prior to the reservation start date will be assessed a per-person penalty of $100 USD plus any non-refundable fees assessed by the travel suppliers. Cancellations received 14 or fewer days before the reservation start date are 100% non-refundable. NO SHOWS will not be entitled to any refunds under any circumstances.
GOLF OUTINGS & INCLEMENT WEATHER:
GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC are not responsible for tee times missed due to late check in or weather related issues. These issues will be handled independently under the golf course policy and terms for each reservation. **PLEASE NOTE** Should you run into any inclement weather while you are here, including rain and/or frost, you must first call the golf course to confirm closure. If the course remains open for play, no refund will be given regardless of the weather. Policies vary from course to course. Should course closure affect your play, you must inquire with the golf course as to their refund policy. Only refunds processed by the golf course and received by GolfTroop.com will be passed on to you, the guest.
GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC will not give cash refunds in exchange for rain checks.
GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC is not responsible for cancelled tee times due to flight or other transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
UNUSED SERVICES:
Refunds will not be given for any unused services or products after the reservation departure date.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC and its agents are limited. GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC acts only as an agent on behalf of the clients for travel and reservation purposes. GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC assumes no liability for damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, injury, or death arriving from tour arrangements which may be caused for any reason inclusive of and not limited to war, fire, breakdown of machinery, defect, course or accommodation closure or act of God. All travel partners, accommodations, and golf courses are independent contractors and not affiliated with GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC. Client is subject to all rules, conditions and policies of the independent contractors. GolfTroop.com, MAD GOLF LLC is not liable or responsible for independent contractors and their inability or refusal to accommodate guest bookings. By accepting this agreement you agree to adhere to the terms, responsibilities, and agreements in this document above and below.
There are times when private vacation rental property, hotels, golf courses, and car rental companies incur unforeseen circumstances and force us to make changes to bookings already in place. An example of this would be if the owner of a vacation rental property decides to sell the property or remove it from the vacation rental management pool. Another example would be plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc issues that cause the home to be inhabitable. If for some reason your vacation rental property, hotel, lodging option, golf course, and/or rental car becomes unavailable before or after the time of booking we will do everything to book a comparable property and notify you before doing so. If the lodging option, course, or rental car is not to your liking you have the right to cancel the package entirely for a full refund. Our #1 goal is your satisfaction, and while these cases are very rare, they do sometimes occur and we will be transparent with other comparable options or even upgrades when possible to make sure your trip is very memorable and to your satisfaction.
AGREEMENTS:
By making payment (deposit or full amount) you agree to the terms listed above as well as to the agreement of the pricing arrangements for the services and products you are purchasing.
