Large, private grounds without close neighbors. This property is a quick walk to the entrance to the Festivals at Empire Polo Grounds, and just down the road is the VIP entrances and Uber/VIP parking lots during Festival times. It is approx. 3 miles to downtown Indio, 5 miles to downtown La Quinta, 10 miles to famous El Paseo in Palm Desert, and 20 or so miles to Palm Springs. But with a property as amazing as this one, you may not want to leave!
