Highly recommended to have a car, there is uber / lyft as well. Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules. 1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. *if you do not have any reviews or average under 4 stars we will require a $500 refundable security deposit **Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions. 2. There are security cameras in the front and sides of the house. They are triggered by motion. 3. Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay. 4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine. 5. POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee (schedule below). If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. - December - March: $85/day - April - June: $65/day - July - August: $0/day - September - November: $65/day **additional pool cleanings can be requested during your stay be will cost an additional fee. 6. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. 7. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement contract and provide a copy of their ID. 8. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers. Any person who books the reservation is required to complete and submit the following: 1. Sign a rental agreement 2. Fill out a Damage Deposit form and pay damage deposit 3. Fill out rules and regulations form (if booking in Palm Springs). 4. Provide Deja Blue Vacation Rentals with a copy / image of the booking person’s ID and credit card used to book. *PLEASE NOTE: if the name on the ID does not match that on the credit card, we have the right to cancel your reservation without refund During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
